Hi all, my name is Edmea Isabella. Welcome to our page all about Bella's Coffee House!

My mum, Carol, and I decided we would like to open our own coffee shop in 2018 shortly after my dad, Giancarlo, passed away. After visiting a very good family friend's coffee shop in Timperley, my dad always said he would love to have his own coffee shop where he could also sit and make his jewellery (a hobby he loved to do in his spare time) on quiet spells. So me and my mum decided we would go for it and find a coffee shop ourselves and hopefully make him proud.

In 2018 we visited Garstang and fell in love with the beauty of the town and the people! From there started our journey to opening Bella’s Coffee House on the 26th January 2019!

Focusing mainly on barista coffee but also serving a delicious selection of Teapigs teas and various other drinks we hope we have a warming drink to suit everyone’s desires. In terms of food we serve paninis, toasties, homemade soup, homemade sausage rolls, breakfast baps, pancakes, waffles and much more! We also have a wide range of homemade cakes (which we hope would be up to Mary Berry’s standard but maybe we are just dreaming there haha) which change slightly from day to day depending how adventurous we are feeling!

We have tried to keep a slight Italian feel to our coffee shop to honour my dads roots, including our specially selected locally roasted coffee beans - Espresso Napoli from Roberts & Co based at Cedar Farm in Mawdesley. And of course the decision to name our coffee shop Bella’s, one reason being because ‘bella’ means beautiful in Italian and the other reason being my middle name is Isabella after my amazing Gran and mum's mum (who let’s say LOVES the idea that a coffee shop is named after her).

Love Edmea and Carol x

My wife and I moved to Garstang in May 2021. My son who has lived here for a number of years kept telling us about Bella’s. Well we were not disappointed. We now try and go in on a day basis when they are open. The coffee is great. The staff are brilliant and always smiling. The home made cakes are glorious, when I am allowed to have one. The outside seating is also a big attraction, weather permitting. All over a very good experience.
